Refund Policy
Returns
All sales are final.
If you receive an item you did not order, you may request a return. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return requests must be made within (3) days of receiving the incorrect item. To initiate a return, email us at contact@cashbuttedistillery.com. If approved by our team, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Unauthorized returns may incur reshipping and restocking fees, determined solely by Cash Butte Distillery.
Damaged Items and Other Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at contact@cashbuttedistillery.com. Please include photos or videos of the issue, showing the shipping labels and packaging slip.
Cash Butte Distillery is not liable for damage or loss during shipping. Lost packages are subject to investigation by the carrier before any resolution can be made.
Items damaged due to missed or redirected deliveries are not eligible for refunds.
If a package is returned to us without a delivery attempt, you may be eligible for a refund, pending verification that it wasn’t due to your actions. These items will not be reshipped.
Missing items are eligible for a refund once verified through an internal review, following the submission of your photos or videos. We do not reship missing items.
Fraudulent Claims
Any fraudulent refund claims will result in the denial of your request and suspension of your account.
Missed or Refused Deliveries
Cash Butte Distillery is not responsible for missed or refused deliveries. Refunds are only available if the unopened package is returned to us by the carrier, with all items intact. Shipping costs for missed or refused deliveries are non-refundable, and restocking fees may apply to cover return shipping and labor.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original and place a new order for the replacement. Cash Butte is not responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
Refunds
Once your return is reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and bank or credit card processing times may vary.
